Book your student accommodation in Le Havre
To reserve your student accommodation in Le Havre in our Cosy&Study residence:
> Fill in the application form available via the ‘Reserve’ button below or in the top right-hand corner of the site.
> Attach all the supporting documents required for us to examine your application.
As soon as we have received all the documents and validated your application, you will receive a list of the rooms available. Once you have made your choice, the rental contract will be sent to you.
When you pay your first rent, you will be charged a one-off administration fee of €150, which covers the processing of your application and the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure. The deposit will also be cashed when the first rent is paid.
For bookings from May or June for a rental starting in September, the months of July and August are free.
