2. Are the rooms furnished?
Yes, all rooms are fully furnished: bed, desk, storage space, private bathroom or WC. All you need to move in is your personal belongings. Everything is designed for immediate comfort and convenience.
3. Can I receive housing benefit (APL)?
Yes, student residence accommodation is eligible for APL support. Once you’ve settled in, you can apply online. We’ll help you with the formalities if you need it.
4. Can you choose your room?
Within the limits of availability, you can indicate your room preferences. We will inform you of the availability and rates for each furnished student room.
5. Does the rent include all utilities?

7. How secure is the student residence?
Security is a priority. The residence is equipped with badge access control (2 doors to pass through per badge), surveillance cameras and a concierge who can be contacted if necessary. Your room also has a personal lock. Both your belongings and your peace of mind are protected.
8. Can I receive visitors or put up a friend?
Visits are authorised subject to the house rules. If you wish to host a relative temporarily and on an exceptional basis, you will need to inform the residence for agreement. Living together and the peace and quiet of the flatmates remain the priority.
9. What services are included in the residence?
As well as accommodation, the residence offers shared areas: kitchen, lounge, gym, laundry room, bike room. Cleaning of shared areas, Wi-Fi, electricity and a concierge service are also included.
